In this heartwarming scene, we see two close friends standing in Washoe Valley, Nevada. Rocky Adamson is on the right and Ray Muller is on the left. Both have lost their lower left leg and have made their own pegs.
The cabin in the background was built in the early 1920s for a Tom Mix western movie. Unfortunately, it has fallen into disrepair, but we are determined to draw attention and restore it to its former glory. Our goal is to have it designated as a Nevada historic landmark.
Rocky has been featured in previous paintings such as "Last of the Constables" and "The Redeye Express."
Ray can be seen in "With Spirit," where he is playing his fiddle.
