As the sun began to set on a crisp autumn evening, I found myself in the middle of a cattle drive. The herd was being moved towards their winter pasture in the west, and I had the opportunity to sketch the scene. The sounds of the cattle mooing, the horses whinnying, and the cowboys shouting filled the air as we slowly made our way across the open fields. The dust kicked up by the hooves of the animals created a hazy golden glow in the fading light. I stood there, pencil in hand, trying to capture the essence of this moment. It was peaceful yet chaotic, and I felt grateful to be a part of this experience.
