This joyful scene is set in Washoe Valley Nevada and features two dear friends. Rocky Adamson on the right and Ray Muller on the left. Both had lost their lower left leg and wore a peg that they made.
The cabin was built in the early 1920's for a Tom Mix western movie. Sadly it has fallen into disrepair but is still saveable. We're trying to bring attention and restoration to the cabin and set it aside as a Nevada Historic landmark.
Rocky is featured in previous paintings, "Last of the Constables" and "The Redeye Express"
Ray is featured in "With Spirit" playing his fiddle.
